Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree - Social Work from an accredited school.
- Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License upon hire.
- 2 years - Post-graduate experience in providing services to clients who have chronic and acute illness in a health care setting, preferably oncology; or graduated social work interns through the Swedish Cancer Institute internship program.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hospice or home-health experience to maximize psychosocial intervention in assisting patients with issues of disability, separation, loss and dying.
- Support group leadership experience.
