For over 125 years, Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens has been providing quality social services to the neighborhoods of Brooklyn and Queens, and currently offers 160-plus programs and services for children, youth, adults, seniors, and those struggling with mental illness. Personalized Recovery Oriented Services is a mental health recovery and rehabilitation program that helps adults pursue and maintain meaningful life goals. Through group and individual work, participants learn skills to negotiate challenges in work, living, learning or social environments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in social work from a nationally accredited institution.
• Valid NYS LMSW required.
• Obtain NPI (LCSW) and Medicare Provider (LCSW) number.
• Frequently lifts and/or moves up to 10 pounds.
• Able to travel to multiple locations within the five boroughs as needed
• Must be very well organized.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.
• Have excellent oral & written communications skills.
• Must be computer literate & knowledgeable of MS Word, Excel, & Outlook.
