ABOUT THIS JOB

The Integrated Care team are seeking a Social Worker to join our innovative Integrated Care Service. You will work alongside a team of highly engaged creative Social Workers who are supported by our Consultant Social Workers and Team Managers. We are committed to supporting Social Workers who are keen to develop and continue their social work journey in LBBD.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POST

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act1974 and a comprehensive screening process will be undertaken on successful applicants including an Enhanced Adults DBS Disclosure check.
