Salary: $85,893 - $103,039 (Plus 11.5% Super)

SOCIAL WORKER:

We are seeking a suitably qualified Social Worker to join our Rehabilitation Aged and Community Services (RACS) division. They deliver integrated rehabilitation, aged care, and community care across various ACT sites, including Canberra and University of Canberra Hospitals, community health centres, and clients’ homes. They support people with acute, post-acute, and long-term illnesses.
The Cancer Psychosocial Service, based in the Canberra Region Cancer Centre (CRCC), offers multidisciplinary psychosocial care to patients and their families at CRCC, Ward 4A, and Ward 14B. This service provides leadership in psychosocial care, offering resources, crisis response, counselling, palliative care, bereavement support, and staff consultations.
