The service is committed to helping people to achieve the outcomes that matter to them in their life and the successful applicant will work closely with colleagues to protect an adult’s right to live in safely, free from abuse and neglect. The Palliative Care Social Work Team work tirelessly with adults nearing the end of their lives, their families, carers and other professionals to uphold Human Rights. We have an opportunity for individuals looking to start their Social Care career, joining a supportive team of experienced social workers that are dedicated to strengths-based and outcome-focused practice.
