We are recruiting for several Social Workers to join our community long term team, our goal is to empower and promote independence to individuals, building on their strength and meaningful personal outcomes.
Our team use the strength based Collaborative Communication Framework to help people and their families identify what matters to them, giving them their voice, choice, and control. As part of this process, your role would be to complete assessments, care and support plans, reviews and contingency plans whilst following the principles of the Social Services and Wellbeing Act.
We are looking for candidates who are motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to social services. You will be passionate about relationship based social services and providing the best possible outcomes for individuals in our communities
