Software and Application Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects. You will leverage your expertise in operations technology, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve bridging the gap between technical functionalities and business requirements, leading high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s / MBA Degree
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a strong background in managing diverse projects.
• Min. of 5 Years of Project Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other relevant IT tools and platforms.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and guide high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for bridging technical and business requirements.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead the end-to-end management of IT projects, from initiation through to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into actionable project deliverables.
• Manage project resources effectively, including planning, allocation, and coordination to optimize performance and achieve project goals.
• Drive process improvements and automation efforts to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring clear communication and alignment among all project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to track project success and inform decision-making.
