JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, developers, and application support specialists specializing in CRM applications.
• Liaise with Japanese counterparts to understand the end to end application requirements.
• Set clear goals and objectives for the team, and monitor performance to ensure project milestones are met.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage resources effectively and allocate tasks based on team members’ strengths and expertise.
• Ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of all software applications.
• Implement best practices for application performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Coordinate with other departments to understand their application needs and provide appropriate solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development and application management.
• Strong experience in CRM Application development
• 3+years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong Knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with application performance monitoring and optimization tools.
