Description:
SUMMARY
INTER-OP is currently seeking a Software Developer to provide support to the Air Force Medical (AFMED) Agency. The AFMED mission is to enable the efficient and effective procurement, sustainment and delivery of medical supplies, services, and equipment for peacetime and expeditionary operations for the Air Force Medical Services (AFMS); provide Air Force medical logisticians leading-edge training, tools, and information systems to accomplish the mission and strive to become the premier medical logistics activity in the Department of Defense (DoD).
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Systems, or five (5) years of programming experience.
- Two (2) years of experience programming in React TypeScript, Ext JS, .NET Framework with C#, Extensible Markup Language, JavaScript Object Notation, Structured Query Language, HyperText Markup Language, and object-oriented design.
- Two (2) years of application experience with security (roles, authentication), user-defined functions, structured reporting, rich and dynamic form generation model-view controller web services and Application Programming Interfaces.

Responsibilities:
- Build and integrate web applications within the existing AFMED website data definition libraries, security infrastructure, navigation structure, database structure, and design methodology.
- Build and integrate web applications into the existing data definition library. Define rules and common practices for creating and modifying tables for controlling what data is stored in which tables.
- Build and integrate web applications into the existing, role-based security framework to support defined privileges and roles.
- Build and integrate web applications into the existing website navigation structure.
- Build and integrate web applications into the existing design methodology and framework to ensure requirements are met and adherence to timelines. Document a plan for execution of requirements prior to implementing new or modified code.
