Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills for both technical and business audiences

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, (Software) Engineering, or a related field with a strong IT focus. A Master’s degree or further certification is advantageous

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years of working experience, with at least 1 year in a healthcare context, focusing on designing and implementing custom-developed applications on native mobile platforms (Android/iOS).

SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURE KNOWLEDGE
Good understanding of software architectures across all layers

CI/CD EXPERIENCE
Experience with CI/CD tech stacks, such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Puppet, Ansible, and Terraform

PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges in mobile application development

HEALTHCARE DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE
Familiarity with healthcare-specific requirements and standards, and experience in applying these to mobile application development
HEALTHCARE NETWORK AND CONSULTING EXPERIENCE
A reliable network in the healthcare industry and a proven consulting track record

PROJECT MANAGEMENT KNOWLEDGE
Good knowledge of (agile) project management standards, processes, procedures, and related frameworks, such as Scrum or SAFe
