Software Data Analyst (remote)

THE HIGHLIGHTS:

The Software/Data Analyst supports the academic colleges, schools, divisions and areas of the institution with technology and information management initiatives. These initiatives will include systems management, data management, analytics and reporting, and CRM communication The Analyst will query data and customize data-based reports, develop and maintain web and/or cloud applications, and assist areas with the data access process (granting appropriate permissions to data, dashboards and reports). The Analyst will also assist with quality assurance testing, project documentation creation and training support to promote the sustainability of implemented solutions. For some projects, collaboration with the other data stewards such as the University Registrar or Institutional Research and Market Analytics will be necessary

• Runs data queries in PeopleSoft and DePaul’s data warehouse. Build and maintain custom Tableau reports.
• Develops and maintains web applications in SharePoint
• Assists with the audience and communication creation and execution using cloud based marketing system
• Creates and maintains training materials and provide training for various systems.Oversee the data management, analytics, dashboard creation of cloud based data analytics solution
