Your tasks:

  • Work as member of software project management team with a cross-functional defect management group
  • Review and analyze the findings from our test instances to assign them to the right responsible inside our global team
  • Coordinate the technical solutions for our findings with our internal and external partners across the globe
  • Shape and refine the design and implementation of defect management processes
  • Support and mediate teams between project areas in finding solutions
  • Track and follow up on the daily defect status with the teams and point out future or unknown problems
  • Report our progress to high management

Your profile:

  • A university degree or an equivalent degree in software engineering, computer science, automotive engineering or electrical engineering
  • Experience in software defect management / Bug Ticket handling
  • Experience in guiding Development Teams through diagnosis and resolution, leveraging expertise and skills across the organization
  • Ability to form working groups and effectively guide individuals and teams towards a solution approach
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies
  • Examine trends to identify potential problems and recurring incidents
  • Monitor issue queue, update status, and keep stakeholders informed of progress
  • Good knowledge of German and English
