Your tasks:
- Work as member of software project management team with a cross-functional defect management group
- Review and analyze the findings from our test instances to assign them to the right responsible inside our global team
- Coordinate the technical solutions for our findings with our internal and external partners across the globe
- Shape and refine the design and implementation of defect management processes
- Support and mediate teams between project areas in finding solutions
- Track and follow up on the daily defect status with the teams and point out future or unknown problems
- Report our progress to high management
Your profile:
- A university degree or an equivalent degree in software engineering, computer science, automotive engineering or electrical engineering
- Experience in software defect management / Bug Ticket handling
- Experience in guiding Development Teams through diagnosis and resolution, leveraging expertise and skills across the organization
- Ability to form working groups and effectively guide individuals and teams towards a solution approach
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Examine trends to identify potential problems and recurring incidents
- Monitor issue queue, update status, and keep stakeholders informed of progress
- Good knowledge of German and English
