ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring for a Software Engineer (.Net/AWS) to join a leading financial services company. This role is key in designing and developing cloud-native applications, with a strong focus on .NET C# back-end services, AWS cloud infrastructure, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). You’ll work in a collaborative, agile environment, driving modernisation and transformation initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs in .NET C#, using a cloud-first approach.
• Ensure high-quality code through automated testing and unit testing frameworks.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with AWS CDK (Python preferred).
• Work with containerisation tools (Docker, Kubernetes) to deploy and manage applications.
• Collaborate with BAs, QAs, and PMs to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimise business disruption.
• Contribute to the modernisation of the tech landscape and drive transformation initiatives.
