IT & Information systems consulting: Business Analysis, Project Management, Change management, Front Office Support (functional and technical), Development (e.g C++, Python, C#, Java, VBA), Financial Softwares (e.g. Sophis, Murex, Summit, Calypso), IT Transformation & Innovation.
As part of Quanteam Group, Quanteam UK (incorporated in 2010) has today more than 100 consultants, working for major Capital Markets institutions in London.

CLIENT

We are a dynamic financial services organization looking for a skilled Software Developer with a focus on Front Office or Risk systems. This role is key to supporting the design and establishment of pipelines for a critical Python library within our technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize complex pipelines using Apache Beam for a critical Python library.
Integrate Python and C++ libraries into existing systems to support advanced risk measures.
Collaborate with Front Office and Risk teams to enhance Counterparty Credit Risk and XVA risk calculations, with a focus on Monte Carlo simulations.
Maintain and optimize existing pipelines to ensure high performance and scalability within a financial services context.
Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience with Apache Beam and pipeline development.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience integrating with C++.
Experience working in Front Office or Risk systems, with a deep understanding of financial instruments.
Proven experience with Counterparty Credit Risk and XVA calculations, including Monte Carlo simulation methods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities, and collaborate across multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with cloud-based services and distributed systems.
Experience working with large-scale data processing systems.
Location:
This role can be based in either London or Krakow, with a hybrid working model that includes 2 days per week on-site.
Language Requirement:
Fluency in English is required.
