Position Overview: Mantel has a robust software product pipeline with products ranging from ML-enabled enterprise-grade decision support tools to embedded software that brings performance discriminators to our hardware products. In this role, you’ll both drive and support software products. Exposure to challenging problems and the ability to grow both technically and professionally will be hallmarks of the role.
Due to the nature of Mantel’s business, US Citizenship is required for this position.
There is flexibility for this role to be in-person, hybrid or remote. Candidates residing in the Columbus OH or Fort Collins CO areas are preferred; however, candidates residing in FL, GA, IN, MA, MD, NC, RI, SC, TX, VA or WA are encouraged to apply.

• Coding, developing and creating technical solutions and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• AWS cloud deployment native or migration from corporate infrastructure.
• Creating process optimization within infrastructure provisioning, configuration, hardening, documentation, and reporting
• You will be able to identify and implement automation strategies that will enable high quality, rapid delivery of new solutions.
• You will work collaboratively with dynamic teams composed of talented data scientists; cloud, software, system and application developers; mechanical, electrical and biomedical engineers; and stakeholders to create unique solutions and capabilities.
• You will lead and support DevSecOps technical challenges and proposals along with your team
