WHO ARE YOU?

We are seeking a pragmatic problem solver, a colleague with a “can-do attitude” and a positive approach to challenges. We’re looking for someone skilled at analyzing issues, identifying multiple solutions, and understanding the trade-offs between quality, customer value, and development effort.
You have a higher education within software development, e.g. software engineering. Your level of experience is not the most important thing - however, you have a good toolbox and are good at reaching out to others for input and sparring. Even more important is your professionalism and your endless curiosity about object-oriented programming, where you keep up with the latest tech trends and engage in professional discussions with colleagues. Structured development processes appeal to you, as well as high code quality. If you have an interest in or knowledge in frontend development, you’re already one step ahead.
We mentioned earlier that you will be part of a professional community, which we hope you will also contribute to. For example, concepts like Big O notation and time/space complexity are familiar to you when working with algorithms. You can spot the difference between good and not-so-good code in code reviews, and you have (or are ready to get) as much of a love for the Clean Code principles as we do.
