Shape the Future: Evaluate and recommend new solutions, deciding when to build in-house or integrate vendor-provided systems.
Develop & Innovate: Design, develop, and maintain software to expand our business capabilities.
Bridge the Gaps: Build and configure middleware layers to connect diverse software modules.
Collaborate & Plan: Engage in project planning and ongoing maintenance.
Support & Empower: Provide top-notch support to internal users and migrate systems with end-of-life technologies.
Requirements:
Problem Solver: You bring business analysis skills and IT know-how to tackle challenges.
Experienced Developer: 3+ years of software development experience with C# or similar languages.
SQL Guru: Proficiency in SQL Server from a developer’s perspective.
Tech Enthusiast: A passion for learning and owning multiple systems.
Bonus Points For: Familiarity with legacy tech like COBOL, Classic ASP, and Visual Basic.
