JOB SUMMARY:
The developer will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop software solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, experience with healthcare systems, and a passion for improving patient experiences through technology.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of security best practices and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPPA)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines

Responsibilities:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for the new patient enrollment system
- Develop a scalable and secure patient enrollment platform using modern technologies
- Ensure the system is user-friendly and accessible to a diverse patient population
- Management of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) process
- Integrate the enrollment system with existing Electronic Health Records (HER) and other clinic systems
- Develop APIs and other interfaces to facilitate data exchange between the enrollment platform and other systems
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure data security and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Conduct thorough testing of the enrollment system, including unit test, integration tests, and user acceptance tests
- Identify and fix bugs and performance issues to ensure a smooth user experience
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the system meets all quality standards
- Create comprehensive documentation for the enrollment system, including technical specifications, user guides, and API documentation
- Provide training and support to clinic staff for new development
- Develop and maintain training materials for ongoing staff education
- Monitor the performance and usage of the enrollment system and make necessary improvements
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to the enrollment platform
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the system continually
