Job Location: 901 S. Bolmar Street, West Chester, PA 19382 and various unanticipated worksites in U.S.
Primary Duties: Capture and analyze functional and business requirements by coordinating with business users and Architects in Advanced Analytics team. Analyze and map business requirements and prepare the functional design document and technical design documents. Implement, build and fit machine learning models using logistic regression approach to predict guideline pricing rates for various Line of Business (LOB). Conduct Unit testing of models and perform defect analysis during development phase and preproduction stage to ensure code coverage and early detection of defects to minimize the time and cost impact. Facilitate user acceptance testing by the business users. Package applications as portable container images using Docker and deploy to non- prod and prod environments for the monthly releases of the applications using orchestration tools such as XebiaLabs. Provide release notes & status communications to the client, business & end-users. Provide technical application support and defect fixing to ensure minimum disruptions to the end users and continuity of business processes. Resolve critical requests (requests for urgent changes to the applications) from business/end users. Conduct knowledge sharing & best practices sessions. Roving employment - Duties may be located at client sites throughout U.S. Telecommuting from home office may be available per company policy.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Computer Science or a closely related field, plus three years of post-degree, professional experience in a software development role; OR, alternatively, a Master’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Computer Science or a closely related field, plus one year of professional experience in a software development role, gained at any time.

Experience: Depending on the degree held, must have three years or one year of experience as described above, in each of the following:

• Developing, preparing, and testing scenarios using SQL, Python, Seagull, SIP/MSRP protocols.
• Writing and modifying tests scenarios for 3GPP standard S6a, Gx and Gy, Gz interfaces.
• Performing extensive functional GUI level testing.
• Identifying bugs, report, and track using BugZilla tool.
• Preparing automated scripts for maintenance, regression testing, database testing, performance
• testing.
• Experience using HTML, RSA, or LDAP.
