Vestas Digital Solutions (VDS) is where new product ideas or the digital power house of vestas where technologies are matured, developed, tested, and improved to support the organization scaling. To put it short, Vestas Digital Solutions is the cornerstone of Vestas. We are shaping the future of modern energy. Simulation Development is responsible for propelling, defining, and ensuring that both short and long-term targets are met for HOW we simulate physical phenomena across our wind turbine platforms and modules. The department is also responsible for the overall simulation strategy and thereby HOW our simulation tools - both proprietary, bespoke, and commercial - are working together.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Computer Science, Software or Information Technology or a similar Engineering degree

You are to develop solutions that contains cloud, on-premiseon-premises and offline capabilities including interfacing to hardware components. Furthermore, it is not a standalone system and therefore requires integrations to existing tools and possibly new tools. The development efforts are therefore development of new software, but also integration with existing and new tools. You will also utilize DevOps principles to achieve a satisfactory software development lifecycle
