Skillsets:

• Cloud Certification from one or more Cloud Service Providers (preferred Azure );

. To be knowledgeable in OutSystems, Microsoft.Net, Microsoft SQL Database, GCC 2.0 Azure and source code versioning

• Experience in SDLC-related projects in the past;
• Knowledge of application security and best practices in application development standards and methodologies; and

Good knowledge of testing methodologies with working experience in performing various application and systems testing.

Scopes of Services:

• Offer support in managing, maintaining, and testing IT application systems, ensuring their efficient operation and functionality;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and work closely with external parties, ICT providers or government agencies for systems operational and maintenance works and new initiatives/enhancements;
• Provide advisory role and guide team members on development of IT solutions to meet business and Authority’s needs;
• Maintain Project Management Office, track documentation and monitoring of progress;
• Co-ordinate and facilitate the audit reviews that can be conducted by party authorized by the Authority;
• Review project deliverables (e.g. monthly project report, log review for privileged user access, test plan, test reports, application design/ code) to ensure the completeness for acceptance; and
• Ensure that the project delivery complies with relevant policies and guidelines and to identify and close any compliance gaps.
