SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our world class team of technologists and engineers in helping to bring solid analytics and products to our users through a series of web applications. The individual will work closely with other developers and our technology team to build platforms and optimization for our applications. Our stack is comprised of Python/Django/Postgres/more and the candidate will need to have experience with several of these technologies. The individual should be able to take ownership of a project, work with broad specifications to create features and translate an architecture to a product.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience with Python, apis, django, html, and css.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of web development frameworks, such as Flask or Django.
• Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git or SVN.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Four-year Computer Science degree, other applicable four-year technology degree, or equivalent experience

• Develop Code in Python, Django, html, css, Deluge, and other languages
• Ability to create AWS Lambdas
• Work with Postgres databases, and other database technologies.
• Execute Queries in SQL
• Create APIs for consumption
• Consume Web Services
• Commit GIT repo actions inclusive of PR Requests and Code Reviews
• Create secure code following modern design patterns.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues
• QA code for publication to production
• Document Code and Deployment processes.
