Plant Performance & Reporting is a sub department of Modelling & Analytics module with 30 employees, across several locations. The department is expanding in Porto, Portugal is expected to be 4 people by end of this year. In office, the team will be seated with colleagues from neighboring departments.
Plant Performance & Reporting department is responsible for the continued development of several data driven applications, which run centrally in Vestas’s datacenter or as cloud deployments. Our applications typically integrate and operate on huge amounts of data from various sources to bring value for both internal- and external customers. We continuously work to raise the bar for quality and usability in the delivered software applications. We seek to implement lovable solutions.
Across the Modelling and Analytics department, we use SAFe for our agile prioritization and execution.
You will be one of the key drivers of designing and implementing the software solutions built in Plant Performance & Reporting. You will be involved in projects from initial requirements through development to support and maintenance, as part of a team that pursues a DevOps strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant IT education, minimum at Bachelor level
• 2-5 years of experience working professionally with complex C# development in larger application development projects

• Take initiative in collaborating with coworkers to ensure everyone progresses at an equitable pace
• Deliver modern, high quality software solution within the agreed time and quality
• Transform requirements from stakeholders and UX designers into generic user-friendly software solutions
• Participate in designing and implementing systems with focus on 99.99% uptime, lovability, IT security and maintainability
• Keep focus on testability and delivering quality products
• Keep yourself up to date on relevant technology
