Key responsibilities include:

• Operate an agile development approach, utilising continuous integration and JIRA to manage the application
• Stabilise the current MAUI application and work with the Lead dev and current outsourced development team to define what good looks like and work to stabilise and progress the application and product
• Support with the delivery of the roadmap in 2024 and beyond and manage the back-log of features and new development requests
• Work with the broader sales and delivery teams to shape the future of the product
• Work with the Lead Developer to ensure we migrate towards our plan of having a development team inhouse within 18 months

This role will suit an experienced Software Developer with up to date exposure to Maui programming. Ideally, candidates should come from other SaaS or mobile software development businesses; ideally been through a start/scale-up and have experience of in and/or outsourcing software development. Key technical skills include:

• Dev ops skills – specifically AWS and Azure, Terraform, CI/CD configuration, Containers, Linux administration
• Mobile development knowledge – specifically Xamarin and experience in MAUI is a must as this is our application framework.
• .NET / C# Angular 2X PostgreSQL Document DB (Mongo)OpenSearch
• Redis Firebase Docker Git Agile methodologie
