OPPORTUNITY
Pinewood Technologies is currently searching for a hands-on Full Stack Software Developer to join the team and help create innovative software solutions for automotive retailers around the world.
Our award-winning product, Pinewood DMS, is an end-to-end cloud-based solution that helps automotive retailers streamline their processes, and work more efficiently.
As a Software Developer at Pinewood, you will be responsible for working the full development life cycle from design through to release. We’re looking for an experienced individual who loves creating innovative web solutions and has a true passion for coding and web architecture.

Pinewood Technologies PLC was established in 1981, with our head office based in Birmingham, UK. We offer a cloud-based Dealership Management System for retailers in the global automotive sector. Our DMS allows automotive retailers to work more efficiently and assists them with providing a high standard of customer service, resulting in higher profits.
Our system is also complemented by a range of integrated mobile apps which helps to further digitalise processes within the motor dealership. Our customers represent over 50 major automotive brands, with over 30,000 people using our DMS on a daily basis in the UK, the Nordics, South Africa, Asia Pacific, and various countries across Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Developing our enterprise-level software system primarily using C#, .NET, Razor, Web API, SQL Server, as well as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise requirements.
- Writing and maintaining high-quality, reusable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshooting and debugging.
- Taking responsibility for tasks assigned to you and leading these projects from a technical and delivery perspective.
- Participating in regular grooming sessions and showcasing your work during reviews.
- Mentoring more junior developers and providing guidance where needed
