Description:
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers

You need to not only be a software developer with a good track record of delivering, but also excel in communication, leadership and customer focus.
