Summary

As a Software Development Engineer on the Work Automation team, you’ll design and develop high-quality software to implement key features of the Genesys Cloud CX product roadmap.
You’ll collaborate with a dynamic, innovative team that values diversity, creativity, and a cloud-based, microservices architecture. Our teams are full-stack, with capabilities to deliver full features across Front-End, Back-End, Eventing and Storage layers, utilising microservices and cloud technologies to create scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure software solutions.
• Participate in team code reviews and contribute to system architecture.
• Ensure compliance with data security and traceability standards.
• Collaborate effectively within a global, agile team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• 2+ years of software engineering experience, with strong skills in Java or Python.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket) and OOP principles.
• Knowledge of AWS, REST APIs, and microservices is highly desirable.
