ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• You will have come from a solid testing background with experience in manual and automation testing, including writing tests scripts from scratch
• Knowledge and/or experience with OOPs concepts
• 5+ years of in software testing
• Working in agile environment & embedded domain is a Must.
• Quality Management tools such as Matrix Requirements, SpiraTest, practices.
• Using tools supporting software development such as Azure DevOps, Jiraetc.
• Designing test case and logging defects
• Maintaining requirement traceability metrics
• Generating defect and test execution reports
• Exploratory testing and eye for identifying defects
• ISTQB Certification is Mandatory

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Medical device or Hardware testing
• C# for Scripting /Automation
• FlaUI
• Specflow

• Go through the software requirements and get clarifications on one’s doubts
• Become familiar with the software under test and any other software related to it
• Create the test plan
• Create test cases based on the requirements and other documents
• Expand functionality of Test Automation Framework (C# with FlaUI/Selenium and Specflow)
• Procure or create test data required for testing
• Set up the required test beds (hardware, software and network)
• Test software releases by executing tests (manual and/ or automated
• Log defects on defect management tool
• Create test evidences
• Provide clarification for the reassigned bugs (for example, when a bug report is returned as not reproducible)
• Re-test resolved defects
• Create test cases based on the discovered defects
• Provide inputs to the team in order to improve the test process
• Take active part in the design process
• Closely collaborate with other developers and Product Owner
• Support Offshore test resource in setting up test environment.
• Support the team with other activities as required, if any
