With eight specialized departments, the engineering team functions as a highly collaborative, diverse powerhouse. Each department mission is to deliver seamless and innovative communication solutions. These range from software development and machine learning to quality assurance teams that work to create and maintain Zoom’s user-friendly interfaces and robust infrastructure. The team continues to push the boundaries of communication technology, bringing people together regardless of their physical distance.
Responsibilities:
- Design new features for Contact Center channel services.
- Design the database tables and SQL composing.
- Define the interfaces for frontend.
- Implement the Contact Center channel services backend features as project manager requested.
- Test the feature and troubleshoot the customer issues.
What we’re looking for:
- Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or a foreign equivalent.
- Must have 3 years of experience in job offered or related occupation.
- Must have 3 years of experience in: Core Java; MySQL or other similar relational database experience; DynamoDB or other non‐SQL db experience; Message Queue knowledge; Redis or similar cache solution; SpringBoot framework or similar Microservice architecture; and AWS or other cloud develop experience.
- Telecommuting work permitted: position may work throughout various unanticipated locations throughout the US.
