JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled Team Lead in Java & Microservices Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, experience with microservices architecture, experience and ability in leading a team with a passion for creating scalable and robust software solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related frameworks.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous messaging.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Lead a team of Java Developers
• Design, develop, and deploy microservices-based applications using Java and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design architecture, and implement solutions.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and non-production environments.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in microservices development.
