Job Description
The Lead Java Fullstack Developer is a critical role that will support and lead development activities on variety of projects related to the Statistical Data applications. We are looking for highly skilled full stack developer with experience building both web and back end applications. Technical Skills: Java, JSP, Angular JS, Web development, AWS technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science with at least 5 years of experience as Software Developer.
• Proven experience in managing and leading software development teams in an agile environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Experience with user interface design, database structures, and statistical analyses.
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Englis

• Lead and guide the Team of junior and mid-level Java Developers, providing support, and professional development opportunities.
• Build a collaborative and productive team environment, encouraging innovation and best practices.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and share constructive feedback with team members.
• Work on new and existing applications JAVA and AWS technologies.
• Demonstrate hands-on coding excellence through productivity and high quality of outputs as measured by low defect rates.
• Provide technical leadership and ability to develop enhancements to batch and online applications and infrastructure.
• Ability to mentor and coordinate the task with our offshore team
• Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned, on time and with a good quality.
