Responsibilities:
- Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, fostering a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
- Continuous Delivery: Contribute to a culture of frequent, high-quality releases, ensuring consistent progress with a focus on delivering value to users.
- Adaptability: Embrace iterative development, adjusting to changing priorities and feedback to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ownership & Accountability: Take full ownership of your work from design to delivery, continuously improving and optimizing based on Agile feedback loops.
- Team Player: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers, ensuring seamless collaboration to meet sprint goals.
- You are in an office based role with the expectation of working from the Redwood City, CA office a minimum of 2x/week.
