The Role
We are on the lookout for a driven and skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is central to our mission, involving the creation and optimization of data pipelines and tools that we apply to our customers’ data. As a key member of our team, you will be executing, refining, and innovating our data handling processes. Your work will contribute to the effective collection, organization, purification, and analysis of diverse data sets, fueling our AI technology with the high-quality data it needs to transform the legal and insurance landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve NLP tools and data pipeline components
- Work collaboratively with machine learning scientists and domain experts to understand data needs and implement effective methods and approaches.
- Apply AI, ML, NLP and semantic methods to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and efficiency by utilizing latest data processing technologies in a cloud environment.
- Under guidance by senior team members, explore new technologies and methods to improve data systems and processes.

About You
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with cloud technologies, NLP, and modern data science libraries.
- Proficient in at least one programming language that is relevant for this domain, such as Python.
- Familiar with database systems and the SQL language
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- A passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment and the ability to learn the complexities of the legal and insurance industries.
- A collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset and an eagerness to innovate.
