The Metrics Quality mission is to ensure the accuracy of client side logging and partner with teams to ensure overall metrics accuracy. Members of the team will investigate logging anomalies. Partner with product teams to ensure accurate metrics and build tools that allow the entire company to have confidence in the metrics. This role is extremely important as it allows the company to make good decisions based on correct data as well enables more powerful machine learning.

• Create tooling and education allowing for client engineers to instrument metric logging effectively.
• Work with data engineers to create, manage, and investigate early metric anomaly alerts.
• Certify company critical metrics are accurate and ensure they will remain accurate with a variety of testing.
• Creating new accurate metrics to allow a deeper understanding of the user’s behavior and needs.
