As a Software Engineer at Lounge by Zalando, you’ll join a cross-functional team that will shape the next chapter in our customer experience. You’ll collaborate with mobile, web, and backend engineers, as well as product managers and designers, all working towards creating a seamless and delightful shopping journey. • Contribute to the design, development, and operation of scalable, reliable, low-latency backend solutions for our customer facing applications.
• Write clean, robust, and maintainable code, focusing on high quality and automated tests.
• Take an active part in solution design, architecture discussions, technical decisions, and production readiness reviews.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices, using feedback as a means of personal and team growth.
• Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team, iterating quickly during the product development cycle.
