Description:

The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain applications using JavaScript frameworks (NodeJS and React), focusing on microservices architecture, API development, and Azure cloud solutions. Based in Abbotsford, BC, this role involves delivering scalable and efficient software solutions while adhering to Open API specifications and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must have a Closed Work Permit, Open Work Permit, Permanent Resident (PR) status, or Canadian Citizenship (CC).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks (NodeJS, React).
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and REST API development.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud solutions.
  • Proficiency with GIT and Open API specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Exposure to additional cloud platforms or DevOps practices.

    The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $41.61/hour - $65.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
