Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Provide satisfaction to our customer by contributing to improve their experience.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for cloud support for the support teams.
- Talk to a lot of people in order to understand the inner working of some services.
- Set-up test equipment such as cars and rigs to reproduce your issue.
- Be well connected to know ahead what changes are getting implemented.
- Build solid documentation on how to solve some misconfiguration you identify.
- Help design interface and tools to make support easier and faster.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- BSc degree or higher in engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Master the English language both spoken and in writing.
- AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Envoy, Istio.
- Jira, GitLab, GitHub, Maven, GitOps, Argo CD.
- Splunk, Linux/ssh/bash, Grafana.
