Software Engineer for AI Training Data (Swift)

JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking experienced Swift Developers for project-specific roles focused on hands-on software development using the Swift language. This role will play a key part in our reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) initiatives, contributing to cutting-edge projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years of professional experience developing iOS applications currently in production.
• Proven proficiency in Swift, with a strong understanding of the language’s nuances and capabilities.

IMPORTANT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Product Sense: Ability to work closely with Product Managers and Designers to turn concepts into high-quality, user-centric applications.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, passionate about solving complex technical challenges.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, committed to defining and maintaining high-quality standards.

COMPENSATION

• US: Starting at $35 per hour, it is possible to get up to $50 per hour if you perform well.
• Canada: Starting at $22 per hour
