Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Foxen is looking for a Software Engineer that wants to work with significant autonomy in a small, entrepreneurial product driven team. As a team member, you’ll have the opportunity to solve interesting problems to provide streamlined and efficient financial service solutions to our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in designing, enhancing, and constructing new and existing features using performant, scalable, secure, documented, and maintainable code
- Build and maintain web apps and 3rd party integrations utilizing APIs and/or data mapping
- Quickly produce well-organized, optimized, well-tested, and documented solutions
- Collaborate with other Engineers and Operations to design and implement features
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with teammates and other departments
- Driven to be a part of a high performing team that operates with a mindset of collective code ownership
- Meet deadlines and satisfy requirements
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as iteration planning, retrospective, and daily standups
