Within the R&D team, you will actively contribute to the development of software for innovative laser machine tools.
Be in charge of the entire development lifecycle, including analysis, specification, development, testing, and maintenance.
Prioritize tasks in alignment with project plans and roadmaps.
Analyse and specify user requirements aligning with project objectives and the overall R&D roadmap.
Define technical solutions and test plans collaboratively with the Head of Software CNC to meet user requirements.
Execute feasibility studies, development, and integration of new features within the existing software.
Ensure the developed software excels in ergonomics, stability, maintainability, and scalability.
Conduct software testing per defined Design Validation Tests, closely collaborating with key stakeholders (R&D, applications, lead customers).
Utilize state-of-the-art programming languages, methods, and development environments.
Select and integrate proven software components to optimize development time and enhance reliability.
Provide support to the Field Support/Custcare groups in resolving complex issues
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
Expertise in C#,.NET 7 (or above)
Proficiency with Azure DevOps
Excellent understanding of coding and development procedures
Agile methodology
Knowledge of machine tool industry
Knowledge of industry 4.0 and OPCUA is a plus
Web based client-server architecture
Integration of industrial equipments using one or more of the following technologies: Blazor, React, Rabbit MQ, Mass transit
English fluent, French is a plus
