exist. To expand our team, we are looking for a
Software Engineer
Your primary activities in the company will be:
- Designing and planning software solutions
- Implementing machine control systems, communication, and frontend
- Commissioning machines both in-house and at customer sites
- Collaborating with other technical departments (process, electrical, mechanical design, etc.)
- Assisting in the creation of documentation
- Conduct code reviews
- Providing customer support services
- Leading software projects
You should have a rounded profile and ideally:
- Completed degree (University, ETH, FH, HF) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Automation, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in object-oriented programming (Java, C#, etc.)
- Experience with databases is a plus
- Familiarity with Linux is a plus
- Knowledge in programming process engineering systems is desirable
- Goal-oriented with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of measurement, control, and regulation (MCR) is advantageous
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Language skills: English (spoken and written); German and French are an advantage
