QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level preferred
- General Experience: Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (13 months to 3 years)
- Managerial Experience: Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months)
Targeted Pay Range: $67,100 - $109,000. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be a part of a team with the Omni technology portfolio that is dedicated to crafting the future landscape of athlete care technologies to serve our agents and athletes. This is a chance to create tailored experiences for our agents that resonate with our Athletes. As the Software Engineer I for the Athlete Care Technology, you will:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers
- Learn how the work that you’re doing contributes to the goals of the organization
- Have an opportunity to build, innovate, and integrate with an athlete care technology platform on the latest technologies
- Research and learn to interpret and differentiate data, trends, and benchmarks
- Work across many different channels including online, in-store, and various third-party platforms
- Have a willingness to continuously learn, experiment, and innovate
