Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Planview’s private Azure OpenAI resources (ChatGPT) to assist/augment your learning and productivity.
  • Design, develop, and test applications in accordance with established standards.
  • Participate in peer reviews of source code.
  • Analyze, reproduce, and resolve infrastructure and application issues.
  • Develop and maintaining automation tools including release automation and infrastructure automation for both on-site and cloud assets (AWS, Azure).
  • Develop, test, and maintain internal and customer-facing web applications.
  • Evaluate best-of-breed tools that can add value, efficiency and optimisation to our operations.
  • Platform Engineering initiatives.
  • DevSecOps initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Prompt Engineering
  • Linux systems administration
  • Bash scripting
  • Docker builds
  • AMI builds using Packer
  • Runbook automation using Ansible
  • CI/CD Pipeline development using Jenkins DSL and/or Pipeline, GitHub Actions
  • IaC on AWS & Azure using Terraform open-source
  • Python for tooling and automation
  • SCM using Git
  • ArgoCD
  • Java development, particularly SpringBoot
  • Scala
  • Machine Learning
  • Strong knowledge of IP networks
  • Proxy & reverse-proxy/load-balancing
  • Firewall configuration
  • HTTP protocol analysis
  • General knowledge of APIs, particularly RESTful
