Responsibilities:
- Single Sign-On setups, meetings, and live calls with existing and prospective partners and clients
- Support both new customer implementations, as well as delivery of any required updates for existing customers
- Coordinating with other engineers and team members to ensure everything is completed on schedule
- Identify potential issues, troubleshoot, and integrate possible solutions
- Team’s technical escalation resource
- Daily monitoring, reporting, and maintaining the health and availability of business-critical systems
- Ensure everything is properly documented in up-to-date Knowledge Base Articles
- Attend daily team meetings
- All other duties as assigned.
