The Microsoft Ads Marketplace and Serving is a dynamic group responsible for developing a comprehensive platform that empowers users to manage the marketplace, monitor business KPIs, and optimize system performance. This platform serves as a one-stop-shop for a wide range of analytics, diagnostics, and debugging scenarios, offering valuable insights into Microsoft Ads demand, supply, user behavior, experimentation, and the Delivery Engine backend. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in distributed system engineering and multi-threading programming.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in online advertising systems, information retrieval systems, web search systems, big data processing pipelines, database applications, large scale internet applications, and/or distributed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• A team player with a lot of curiosity.
• Working knowledge of any other cloud service.
• Experience in shipping production quality code.
• Experience in Azure.
  Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $83,600 - CAD $159,600 per year.

• Design, implement, and ship infrastructure related features related to enable ads metrics alerting, diagnostics, debugging, root cause analysis and monitoring
