Description:
What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our RIS Technology team. In this role, you’ll get to show your expertise with java and build on your AWS, Next JS, React JS, TypeScript and Python skills! You’ll have responsibility for our Trust and Custody technology as well as our Asset Pricing compliance process.
- Develop high quality applications for our customers
- Identify and propose strategies around technical problems affecting the business, communicate standards, and get consensus on solutions
- Work closely within your engineering team, architecture, and business partners to resolve how to make our software even better
- Take on tasks of increasing complexity, learn quickly, and make steady progress to make improvements based on partner feedback
- Solve interesting and complex problems to create a positive customer experience
- Experiment with new tools and practices to deliver business value in an agile organization
- Continuously improve both yourself and the systems you are working on
- Understand how work fits into the larger strategy
- Actively participate with team during pairing, mobbing, and design

Who You Are:
- You have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with a preference in a science, technology, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience
- You have 2+ years software engineering experience
- Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills
- Must have the desire to learn new technology and continuously grow
SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT
- AWS, React JS
- Trust and Custody domain expertise
- Experience with asset pricing compliance processes
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $63750 - $121200 / year Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible: Yes Additional Information:
