About the Role
As a Software Engineer, you’ll perform complex research, design, and software assignments. Providing input to project plans, scheduling and methodology, you’ll be developing cross-functional software products. You’ll be working on individual tasks and solving problems.

Responsibilities

  • Interfacing with other personnel or team members to finalize requirements
  • Completing complex bug fixes, and resolving technical issues
  • Implementing development processes, coding best practices and code reviews
  • Operating in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders
  • Training entry-level engineers, ensuring that they are knowledgeable in critical aspects of their roles
  • Designing and working with complex data models

Requirements

  • Have a BS degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Have substantial Software Development experience
  • Have an excellent understanding of data modelling principles, data manipulation languages and storage systems
  • Be expert in development languages, including C#, SQL, Typescript, Vue.js, .Net Core, Web API, Azure DevOps, OpenID Connect
  • Have the ability to work well with internal and external technology resources
  • Have good knowledge of test-driven development
  • Have an advanced knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
