Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of experience in RPA tools like UiPath
  • 2+ years of experience in Low code app development using MS Power platform
  • 2+ years of experience working in Agile Framework, DevOps (CI/CD) and collaborative tools (Jira, VersionOne, GIT, Jenkins etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience understanding of the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) and the requirement management lifecycl

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with Alteryx
  • 1+ years of experience in creations and consumption of REST and SOAP services
  • High level communication skills and be able to produce documentation to a high standard
  • Experience in working with matrix organizations and handling ambiguity and unstructured environment

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Software Engineer that will provide deep technical expertise in all aspects of workflow automation, robotic process automation and Analytic process automation solution design and application development for business functions within consumer lending and interfacing with different systems. This role will focus on delivering technical solution for groups of applications and similar technologies. May be responsible for coordinating teams to accomplish development in a matrixed organization.
The role will be a part of Scrum team and will be responsible to build automations that satisfy business requirements and get aligned with the overarching vision and architecture.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for low to moderately complex projects and programs associated with low code applications with workflow requirements (Power App preferred), RPA (UI Path preferred) and Analytic process automation solutions (Alteryx)
  • Must be a hands-on workflow and RPA expert who can get down to code level issues and solving technical challenges
  • Review and analyze technical assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternative technology domains
  • Work with Technology and business partners to build the implementation plan for each automation project with ability to provide estimations
  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to communicate project progress, issues, risks, and solutions
  • Present recommendations for resolving issues or may escalate issues as needed to meet established service level agreements
  • Work with workforce readiness teams and production readiness teams to prepare for deployment
  • Transition of automation from Development to Production, maintaining alignment across automation initiatives
  • Adopt operational support model including upgrades and defect fixes
  • This is an individual contributor role initially which will focus on providing thought leadership and guidance to our partners on identifying automation use cases, designing solutions and assist with delivery
  • Exercise some independent judgment while also developing understanding of given technology domain in reference to security and compliance requirements
