If you’re tired of being left behind on AI because your current dev role has you buried in endless bug fixes, legacy code, or mind-numbing system admin tasks, this is your chance to jump in. Get first-hand Experience with this magical new technology before it passes you by.

Your mission: bring AI magic to our software. You will:

• Learn, tinker, and test new AI tools, platforms, technologies, and techniques.
• Infuse AI into our existing project management software to make it feel magical.
• Repeat

You won’t need a PhD in advanced machine learning or data science to succeed here. The AI ecosystem is already bursting with existing models, foundational technology, and third-party tools.
Your job will be to find, learn, and integrate them into our current software. With the right tools and curiosity, you can look and perform like a tenured AI expert without ever building custom models or diving into complex data science.
(If you do have extensive hands-on AI experience, that’s a plus but not necessary)
Must live in and be authorized to work in Canada** All other applicants will be ignored (sorry)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED:

• 5+ years of software engineering
• A hacker mindset and get sh*t done attitude
• An insatiable curiosity and drive to learn, explore, and grow with new technologies
• Jedi-level JavaScript experience
• Front-end proficiency (Vue, React, Svelte, Solid, etc.)
• Back-end proficiency (Laravel and PHP)
• An appetite for APIs and digging into documentation
• A Sr. Developer skillset with a designer’s eye
• A passion for exploring new tech and tools.

• Learning, exploring, tinkering, and testing what’s out there in the AI dev universe.
• Building and implementing AI-driven features that transform how our software works.
• Working with our current “engineering team” (Josh) to develop and enhance our software with AI magic.
• Finding ways to hack and stack out-of-the-box AI tools to create new things
• Constantly adapting to a fast-moving industry to stay ahead of the curve
