Software Engineer (Java and Oracle Fusion)

SUMMARY:

We are hiring for a Software Engineer responsible for building Fusion web applications or ADF applications with Oracle ADF and Java. The primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications under both waterfall & Agile models, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Thus, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality is essential.

• Develop and implement custom & interactive databound web applications and software solutions around Oracle Fusion environment.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand data models and business processes.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders to design and develop interactive web applications and software solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle Fusion reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and other reporting tools.
• Design and optimize SQL queries and data models to extract data from Oracle Fusion applications.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using Oracle BI tools.
• Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing for developed reports.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for production reports and resolve any issues in a timely manner.Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion technologies and best practices in reporting and analytics.
